EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • Cancelling your order before shipping
    You can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped.

    If you place an order and want to cancel it, you should contact immediately Nobrand's Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via the e-mail customercare@nobrand.pt . This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the client will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the client.

    If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the client. If the client maintains the intention to cancel the order, the client should refuse to receive it. The products will be returned and, after being received, the refund will be processed, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount you will receive.
  • Return of faulty products
    The client has the right to return the products delivered if they have defects or other non-compliances.

    The reception of faulty items must be reported to Nobrand via the e-mail customercare@nobrand.pt within 3 (three) days of receiving the order, including a photograph that documents the defects. If your complaint is justified, the amount paid for the product and for the shipping charges will be refunded.

    Nobrand reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way. All items must be returned with their original features, labels and security seal intact.
  • Returning products
    The client may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:
    a) The product(s) have not been used;
    b) The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;
    c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to Minty Square.

    The client shall request the return by sending an e-mail to customer.care@mintysquare.com explaining why you wish to return of your order.

    Once the returned product is received, Nobrand will review and confirm its condition and, where applicable, will refund within fifteen (15) days the amount paid by the client without any expenses.

    If the returned products are damaged or worn, Nobrand reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the client.

    Please note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Therefore, the delivery costs initially supported by the customer will not be reimbursed.

    Please note Nobrand shoes are made in leather which is a natural material and might incorporate natural characteristics that should be considered unique marks.

    Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
  • Returning products during Sale Season
    During the sale season, you will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost.
  • EXCHANGES FOR OTHER SIZE OR OTHER ARTICLES
    If you want to exchange the product ordered by another size or another article, please send an e-mail communicating this intention to customercare@nobrand.pt . We will contact you within 3 (three) business days with the information necessary for the exchange.
